Darren Disney Trained with Les Griffith and Tessa Maunder in Newcastle Australia.

Darren performed Live on Stage in Dein Perry's original Tap Dogs on their world tour. Her performed in 42nd  St, Me & My Girl, Mack & Mabel in concert, Tina Arena & The Ramulets, Melissa & C+C Music Factory, Gimmie Five Dance Group and Belinda Carslile.

He appeared in numerous Films including: Tap Dogs - Original Cast Live In London, Melissa-Sexy Is The Word, Skin To Skin, Jo Beth Taylor- You Don’t own me, Mark Stevens- Cold War and Toni Pearon- Walk Away Lover.

Darren Disney has extensive experience on Television including: Network Ten Pro-mo’s, Midday, Hey Hey It’s Saturday, Logies, Peoples Choice Awards, AFI Awards, ABC- Party Machine, Denton, Today, Princes Trust Concert- Royal Albert Hall London, Blue Peter, Good Morning AUS- UK- USA, Ellen Degeneres- Sitcom, Jerry Lewis, Jay Leno, MTV, NBC Today- London- New York, Regis & Cathy Lee with Cindy  Crawford, Just For Laughs- Gala- Montreal.

Choreographed major events including: The Super league Grand Final,  ‘Grease’ 20TH Anniversary, Olivia Newton  John, Jon Stevens & Gina Jeffries, Gala Film Festival- State Theatre Sydney, That’s Dancin’, Star Search, Cathay Life- Summit, Darling Harbour Convention Centre.

Darren Disney is the producer along with Ian Sandercoe for the stage show Exit. He co-starred in the music video clip Preacher by Ian Sandercoe with 3D Dance Studio's  3D dancers, with Tim Carroll, Glenn Hone and Jessica Nosworthy. The song Preacher was recorded for Dein Perry's Australian  film Bootmen in 2000.

He has Taught at Brent Street Studios, Sydney Dance Company, Danceworld & David  Atkin’s Dynamite Studios. Darren has Adjudicated for the McDonalds Challenge in 1998, Showcase Dance Championships and Final in 1999 and the Ultimate Dance Finals in 2006.

Over the years Darren Disney and Ian Sandercoe have taken to proactive involvement with young Australian singer / song writers and performers. Dance-V Australian Contemporary Dance & Vocal Workshops are held across Australia in the school holidays. Darren Disney (Choreographer) covers the Dance component with Melissa Van Zeist of MVZ Studios and Ian Sandercoe covers (Vocal training and Song writing).

Darren is choreographer for the unique Sydney dance troop She Go Go.

Darren holds dance classes in Tap, Jazz and Contemporary Dance along with Shelley Disney and Melissa Van Zeist at the dDance studio located at the Central Coast Eastern NSW Australia.
